How to Get Started with NCBA Easy Build
Step 1: Choose Your House Design
Browse through the available house design plans (brochure below) and select the one that best fits your style and needs. Once you’ve made your choice, reach out to us to submit your application.
Step 2: Loan Review & Approval
We will assess your application and, if approved, provide financing based on the construction cost as advised by our expert construction consultants.
Step 3: Property Valuation & Legal Processing
Your chosen property will undergo valuation and conveyancing, after which it will be officially charged to NCBA Bank.
Step 4: Construction & Supervision
Our approved construction consultants will oversee the entire building process, ensuring quality and timely completion, while NCBA provides the financing.
Step 5: Move Into Your New Home
Once construction is complete, we will handover your fully built home—ready for you to move in and enjoy!
