Through a holistic approach to sustainable livelihoods, NCBA Citizenship focuses on alleviating poverty and reducing inequalities among marginalized communities. Each year, we partner with over 50 organizations to implement more than 100 impactful programs under five strategic Citizenship Pillars.

Our employees—fondly known as Go-Getters—are the heartbeat of our brand and play a crucial role in bringing our sustainability vision to life. To make sustainability the default way of doing business, we are equipping our staff with the necessary skills to identify, assess, and respond to sustainability risks and opportunities in their respective roles.
Through our “I Change the Story” initiative, we have introduced a comprehensive environmental, social, and governance (ESG) training program, providing employees with a foundational understanding of ESG concepts. This is further strengthened by role-specific training sessions, ensuring that sustainability is embedded across all functions.
Our goal is to cultivate Green Go-Getters—champions who actively integrate sustainability into their day-to-day decisions, driving meaningful impact within NCBA and beyond.

Recognizing these benefits, we have expanded the scope of our sports investments, which include golf and football, to promote inclusion and provide participants, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, with opportunities to improve their lives.
