We use competency-based interviews that allow you to showcase your expertise through real-world scenarios and case studies. For leadership roles, we also incorporate trusted assessment tools such as:

  • Korn Ferry Four Dimensions of Leadership (KF4D): Evaluates your personality traits, motivators, and leadership capabilities across four key dimensions.
  • Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory (HBRI): Assesses your reasoning style and your ability to analyze data for effective problem-solving.

Our interviews are engaging, two-way conversations where you can shine while we share insights about our vibrant culture.

Due to the high volume of outstanding candidates, our process typically takes 2–3 weeks before we provide feedback.

Accelerate your success

Join the Go-Getter culture at NCBA and experience a comprehensive onboarding program designed to accelerate your success. Over 3–6 months (depending on your role), you’ll be immersed in NCBA’s business, products, systems, and high service standards. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced peers and mentors who share extensive organizational knowledge, and engaging insight sessions will provide you with a clear understanding of customer segments and the value delivered every day.
